By purchasing the Marriage Reset Kit (referred to as the “Product”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase ("Agreement") and the Renew Mindset Coaching Privacy Policy. This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (the "Customer" or "You") and Renew Mindset Coaching (the "Company" or "We").

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase access to the Marriage Reset Kit.

Payment Policy

The Marriage Reset Kit is available for purchase in full at the current price, as listed on the checkout page. If you choose to purchase the Marriage Reset Companion Pack, it is available as an optional add-on, and the price will be displayed at checkout. You will be charged the full amount upon completing the checkout process for the Marriage Reset Kit, and if applicable, for the Marriage Reset Companion Pack.

You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and paying for the Product in full. If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, your access to the Product will be immediately revoked.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the Marriage Reset Kit and the Marriage Reset Companion Pack. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

Changes to Agreement

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew Mindset Coaching and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Marriage Reset Kit and Marriage Reset Companion Pack.

Binding Arbitration

In the event of any disputes, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, with arbitration held in Georgia. No class action claims will be allowed.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Marriage Reset Kit and Marriage Reset Companion Pack if you violate any terms in this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the purchase and use of the Marriage Reset Kit and Marriage Reset Companion Pack.
