The Site provides information about our relationship coaching services, educational resources, programs, courses, workshops, digital products, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Coaching Services and Separate Agreements
Participation in coaching Services may require completion of a separate coaching agreement, payment arrangement, intake process, or other applicable documentation.
A coaching relationship is not established merely by visiting the Site, submitting an inquiry, downloading a resource, or scheduling an introductory conversation.
The scope of coaching, scheduling requirements, confidentiality provisions, cancellation terms, fees, and other service-specific obligations will be governed by the applicable coaching agreement.
Where these Terms conflict with a separately executed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will control with respect to the Services it covers.
4. Educational Purpose and Professional Limitations
Information available through the Site, including articles, videos, downloadable resources, workshops, and other educational materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Renew Mindset Coaching provides coaching services and does not represent that its coaching services constitute licensed mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or other regulated professional services.
Coaching is not a substitute for appropriate care or advice from licensed professionals.
Visitors and clients are responsible for determining whether information or Services are appropriate for their individual circumstances.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Certain Services, programs, products, or resources may require payment.
Applicable prices, payment arrangements, installment terms, and purchase conditions will be disclosed through the relevant offer, checkout process, invoice, or separate written agreement.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the charges disclosed and authorized in connection with that transaction.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and other payment-related matters are governed by the terms presented for the particular purchase or the applicable separate agreement, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for notifying the Company promptly if you become aware of unauthorized account access.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
The Company's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
